We entered CBC Searchlight for fun. Just to see if a few people would listen to a song we wrote and recorded. We like sharing our music. The song came together quickly. We sat, played a little riff on a guitar, recorded guitar, vocals and drums in one day, then before we knew it, we had a song. Took some time to mix, but in the end, it came together. Its pretty cool to be recognized this way.
Perhaps most impressive, is that we were played during the traffic report on CBC radio 1 in Ottawa. I am not sure you can get any better than that. Our music is meant for traffic reports, that is our primary goal.
